When should I follow this programme?

In order to retrain your body’s natural appetite you will need to try and find at least a month when you can concentrate on eating only healthy foods. Check your diary and try to avoid choosing a time when you know you are going to be attending weddings or parties!
There are times in most people’s lives when for one reason or another healthy eating goes out the window. Don’t despair if this happens after you have retrained your appetite. However do expect to feel a bit rough, because your body will have got used to having the good stuff! Just try and eat as much nutritious food as you can manage at these times, and then when you get the chance retrain your appetite again – this might only take a week or so once your body has become used to this way of eating.
